Couture will be established as a Sole Proprietorship by Faye Comagon, basically, because she wanted to take all the freedom to make the decisions, to be self-directed, and she wanted it all in her control. She wanted to be self-employed and takes all the profits by her business as well as personally answers all liabilities or losses.
